Vicki R. Whiting, Ph.D. brings over twenty-five years of business and managerial experience to organizations throughout the western United States. Vicki has focused her work and consulting experience in the area of organizational management. During the past several years, Vicki has consulted in both public and private organizations including OC Tanner, Alta Medical Management, L-3 Communications, Mountain Family Physicians, Chevron Corporation, Backcountry.com, and AT&T. Consulting engagements have ranged in scope from large scale organizational development opportunities, to individualized executive success coaching and CEO succession coaching.

Vicki is currently a senior faculty member at Westminster College and has taught at the University of Utah and at the University of Southern California. She authored a joint memoir with her son Kevin Whiting that has won numerous awards, including Best of State (Utah) and the International Book Awards.

Vicki received her doctoral degree from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. As a doctoral candidate, Vicki was chosen to represent the college at the request of the University’s President when she received the prestigious Sample Fellowship award. Vicki has published numerous academic articles, and is a noted thought leader in the field of mentorship and global leadership. She received her M.B.A. from Seattle University and her B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
