Dr. Andy Neillie is the president and founder of Deep in the Heart Leadership Group, a training and consulting firm in Austin, Texas.

This firm helps other businesses develop effective, trustworthy leaders at all levels throughout their organizations. Dr. Neillie travels weekly to deliver keynote presentations to numerous Fortune 500 companies. These presentations include lectures based on his book, The Golden Principles, as well as a workshop entitled “The Trustworthy Leader.”

 

When he’s not traveling, Dr. Neillie lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Lynn.
